What is RYXFLOW?
RYXFLOW is a platform designed to help companies manage documents, compliance requirements, employees, and collaboration with external service partners.
What type of documents can be managed?
Companies can store and track business documents such as trade licenses, Emirates ID, VAT certificates, corporate documents, and employee documents. The platform automatically tracks expiration dates and helps manage renewals.
How do document renewals work?
When a document is close to expiration, the system creates a renewal task. The task can be assigned to an employee, a partner, or the company owner. The assigned person uploads the new document and submits it for approval.
What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace allows companies to discover service providers who can help with compliance, document renewals, accounting, legal services, and other business needs. Companies can view partner profiles and send collaboration requests.
How do partners work?
Partners are third-party service providers registered on the platform. Companies can add partners to their partner list, assign tasks to partners, and communicate with partners.
How does the approval process work?
When a document is uploaded for renewal: (1) the employee or partner uploads the document, (2) the task status becomes waiting confirmation, (3) the company owner reviews the document, (4) if approved, the document becomes active.
How does the task workflow work?
Tasks move through several stages: waiting_start, in_progress, docs_ready, submitted, waiting_confirmation, completed. Each step is recorded in the task timeline.

How is my data protected?
RYXFLOW takes data security seriously: passwords are encrypted using bcrypt, sessions are securely managed, uploaded documents are stored securely with AES-256-GCM encryption, access is controlled by role-based permissions, and all actions are recorded in audit logs.
Can I message my partners directly?
Yes! Companies and partners can exchange direct messages through the Messages page. Once a partner is connected to your company with active status, you can start a conversation from the Partner Messages tab on the Messages page.
