Welcome to RYXFLOW. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the RYXFLOW platform and services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. About the Platform

RYXFLOW is a business management platform designed to help companies manage documents, compliance requirements, employee workflows, and collaboration with external service partners. The platform provides tools for: document storage and renewal tracking, task and workflow management, collaboration between companies and partners, compliance monitoring, and communication within business teams. RYXFLOW does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, users must create an account. Users agree to: provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, and notify the platform immediately of any unauthorized access. Each account is the responsibility of the company or user who created it. RYXFLOW is not responsible for damages caused by compromised login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to: use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes, upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system, disrupt or interfere with the platform infrastructure, or misuse the platform to harm other users. RYXFLOW reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Documents and Data

Users may upload business documents to the platform. Users are solely responsible for: the legality of uploaded documents, the accuracy of information, and compliance with local regulations. RYXFLOW acts only as a technology platform and does not verify the legal validity of uploaded documents.

5. Marketplace and Partners

RYXFLOW may allow companies to interact with third-party service providers ("Partners"). RYXFLOW does not guarantee the quality of partner services, does not act as a legal intermediary between companies and partners, and is not responsible for agreements made between users. Companies are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any partner.

6. Platform Availability

RYXFLOW strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, system upgrades, or external infrastructure failures. RYXFLOW shall not be liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

7. Data Security

RYXFLOW implements reasonable security measures to protect data stored within the platform. However, no system can guarantee complete security. Users acknowledge that they upload and store information at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and technology associated with RYXFLOW remain the intellectual property of the platform owner. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

RYXFLOW is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, RYXFLOW shall not be liable for business losses, indirect damages, data loss, or operational disruptions resulting from the use of the platform.

10. Termination

RYXFLOW reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms, fraudulent or harmful activity is detected, or misuse of the platform occurs. Users may stop using the platform at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to the Terms

RYXFLOW may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
